- Elavan-1/2 a piece
- Cooking oil
- Turmeric powder,salt
- Kariveppila-1 thandu
- Pachamulaku-2-3
preparation method
- Cook the elavan pieces in water ( no pressure cooker)
- Add salt,turmeric powder as it cooks.add pachamulaku after that.
- Put the kariveppila,and add little oil..
If daal/parippu is used, it can be used as malagookshyam
This can be served with rice..
