Items reqd:
Unnithand-a palm sized piece
mustard-little
cooking Oil-little
Rice powder-4-tbsp
Pepper powder-little
Preparation method:
- Cut the unnithand, in such a way that the naaru/fibre are removed as much as possible
- Splutter the mustard, and put the cut unnithand into the pan.
- Add little water and a pinch of turmeric powder, and salt as reqd.
- Once the Unnithandu is cooked, add pepper powder and ari podi( rice powder) and mix well...
Excellent and highly nutrious dish is ready..
