Kaypan Padavalanga Fry

Except Areekkarites and their relatives nobody else in the world know the recipe of this mouth watering dish. We can even think of patenting it. There is a monopoistic economy behind farming of this vegetable :-)
Kayan Padavalanga (KP) : 10-12 pieces
fresh pumpkin leaves : 20
green chillies : 4-5
coconut oil
cut the KP in to halves and take out seeds inside it.
grind green chillies with adequate salt
clean pumpkin leaves in fresh water and smash them in an "ammi"
stuff the KP halves with a blend of smashed pumpkin leaves and green chilly paste.
Cook in shallow pan for 15-20 mins till the water is dried completely
Add coconut oil and fry for another 30 mins with low flame.
this can served with rice and moru ozhicha koottan
