Chuttaracha sammanthi

Ingrediants
Coconut-1/2 piece
Tamarind-1/2 lemon sized
Curry leaves-3-4
red chilli-2-3
salt
Preparation method:
1)Fry the cocunut till it turns dark brown, fry the red chillies
2)In a mixie( ammi will be a better option) mix the cocunut,curry leaves, tamatid, salt and red chillies/
3) make sure its not mixed like a paste, instead just a little smashing will be fine...

This can be a finger licking item along with kanji/rice
