Ingredients:
· Capsicum
· Red chilly powder
· Coriander seeds/powder
· Peanuts(Nelakadala)
· Grated dry coconut
· Mustard
· Tamarind(Puli)(soaked in water)
· Salt & Oil
Method:
- Roast coriander/coriander powder, peanuts & coconut and grind them into a smooth paste.
- Heat little oil in a pan. Add mustard and jeera.
- Add capsicum pieces and fry.Remove it from the cooking pan & keep aside.
- Heat up some more oil in the pan.
- Add the ground paste and red chilly powder fry.
- Add tamarind water, salt and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Add the capsicum and cook further for some more time.
- Serve with chappathi/rice.
